your property and after viewing your maps and asking you some
questions I will send you my best guess on what I would do. However,
there is no substitute for walking a property to see how everything
comes together with the terrain, the trails and the sign that is
left behind each year.

-Consulting of property =
When you hire me to do a
Full scale-Land Consultation for you on your hunting property this
is what you can expect from me. I will look at your property as if
it were my own and list every detail short term and long term that I
know will make your property the best that it can be. After you
send me aerial photos of your property and I have spent some time
looking at them and talking with you if need be I will set up a time
to come met with you at your property and walk it while we discuss
what I see. I will make some notes for later. I will tag tree
stand or blind locations. While walking your property I will share
with you other hunting tips and ideas that have worked for me and
might work for you. What I do is not only list what I believe will
make your property better but share with you what I have learned
from my 38 years of hunting, 28 years of testing and planting food
plots, 22 years of filming wildlife and 8 years of having 3
whitetail bucks in a pen to learn from the deer themselves and
countless hours spent in the woods. Sharing knowledge from
harvesting over 100 + deer with several mature bucks including my
best 25 bucks that average over 140 inches of antlers net score.
After spending time with you and walking your property I will bring
my notes and your maps back home where I will sit down and map out
one map with color-coded food plots, habitat improvements, and
sanctuary areas. On another map I will mark out tree stand or
ground blinds in key locations and number each of them also marking
entrance and exit routes to each location with the hunting map. I
list wind direction that I would hunt each stand location. After I
have spent some time on your maps I will put together a file that
will list several things that will improve your property. I will
make a copy of everything so that later on if you call me with any
questions, I can pull out your file and know exactly where on your
property you are talking about. My goal is to pass along to you the
things that have taken me years to learn to help you get a
jump-start on improving your property. I want you to be able to hold
and see more animals and harvest more mature animals on your own
property. For me there is great satisfaction in harvesting a mature
animal but there is no greater feeling than to harvest that mature
animal on your own property. I believe in giving back to nature. I
want to give back to the Good Lord’s land and animals that he has
blessed us with. We can all do this by providing better cover, food,
and growing and building a healthier herd on each property. |
